JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:
Minimum of 18.5 years of age & have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. Must provide proof of insurance & show that you are listed as a driver. Must have actual driver's license (not intermediate) for minimum of 2 years. Should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

SKILLS/DUTIES:
General job duties for all team members; Operate all equipment; Stock ingredients to storage/work area/walk-in cooler; Prepare product; Process telephone orders; Take inventory & complete paperwork; Clean equipment & facility; Training (Orientation & training provided on the job); Communication Skills; Ability to comprehend & give correct written instructions; Ability to communicate verbally with customers & co-workers to process orders by phone & in person; Banner-shake & Coupon; Able to use calculator; Able to make correct monetary change; Verbal, writing, & phone skills to take/process orders; Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
WORK CONDITIONS:
Exposure to varying/adverse weather conditions during outside tasks; In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees (cooler) to 90 degrees
in some work areas; Changes in temperature in work area & while outside; Fumes from food odors; Exposure to cornmeal dust; Cramped quarters (including cooler); Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees +; Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
TEMPERAMENTS:
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (including, but not limited to the following):
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, hand tasks, using machines, tools equipment and work aids
DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
Deliver product by car & to door of customer; Deliver flyers & coupons.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area; Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
